Shipping policy – France

This policy applies to domestic orders (France). It is designed to clearly inform you of our shipping conditions and procedures. By placing an order on our store, you agree to all policies described below.

Shipping and delivery times

Products stored in France

Some of our products, including a selection of keyboards, are stocked and shipped from France.

For these products:

  • Order processing: 1 to 2 business days
  • Delivery time: 2 to 6 business days after shipment
    Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Products shipped from Asia

Part of our catalog is shipped directly from our partner warehouses located in Asia.

For these products:

  • Estimated delivery time: 10 to 14 working days after shipment
    These times may vary slightly depending on carriers and busy periods.

A. Shipping costs

Delivery costs are €5.89 for all orders under €100.

Orders worth €100 or more benefit from free delivery.

B. Processing times and order cut-off time

  • Order deadline: 12:00 p.m. (Paris time)
  • Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit times vary depending on the origin of the stock (France or Asia), as indicated above.

C. Delivery conditions

We use La Poste as well as other logistics partners to ensure the delivery of your orders as quickly as possible.

D. Change of delivery address

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

If you wish to change the address, please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after ordering at the following address: contact@customtonclavier.fr.

E. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order is already being shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Packages damaged in transit

If a package is damaged during delivery, we invite you, when possible, to refuse it directly to the carrier and to contact our customer service.
