What are the payment methods?

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can choose to pay in 3 installments via Scalapay starting from €20 including VAT

How do I cancel or modify my order?
To ensure you receive your keyboard or keycaps as quickly as possible, orders placed before 2pm are prepared and shipped the same day (on weekdays).
If you wish to modify or cancel a pending order, it is essential to contact us promptly before it is shipped.
For any modification (adding or removing an item, changing address, replacement, etc.), the easiest way is to write to us via our customer service by email .
We can take action on your order if it is still in one of the following statuses in your customer area:
- Payment pending
- Awaiting preparation
If the order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it to return the products you no longer wanted.
What should I do if I received a defective item?
If you believe the product you received is defective, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible; we will provide you with the procedure for replacing it.
What should I do if I received an incorrect product?
